The way to Quepos

After 2 days in MonteVerde, we left for Quepos - a town (or village, really) on the pacific coast, close to Manuel Antonio. There are great views on the way, and we got to see a vulture drying its wings in the sun. We also stopped to see the crocodiles on the way (There's a place where they hang out).

Carara NP

On the way to Quepos we also stopped in the Carara National Park. This is a good place to spot scarlet macaws (But later on we saw lot's of them in Corcovado). We walked for about 3 or 4 hours here, it was nice.
That weird picture on the right is my lame attempt to photo some ants. I loved those ants, they walk in a file for such a huge distance, and there are so many of them. But it is not easy to take their picture...

Quepos

Quepos is a bustling town (erm, right) on the Pacific coast. Actually, I've been to prettier towns in my life. It is close to the Manuel Antonio park, and we just stayed one night here. The walkway, with the views to the ocean and the port is not so bad, really.
