Botanic Gardens
After the Lavra, we went to visit the Botanic gardens... They were not that exciting, really.
Strolling in the city
We went to a quick stroll in the city that afternoon... We went to see the opera house, and the
university. Nothing exciting, really...
Churches
There's a big square near Khreshchatyk st, with two churches - St. Michael and St. Sophia.
First is St.Michael - I think it's the most beautiful of all the churches we saw in Kiev.
Then there's St. Sophia - Green.
And here are some pictures from the square. (That statue is the famous Bogdan Khmelnitsky statue).
