Khreshchatyk
After the boat trip, we did some walking along Khreshchatyk street, which is the main street in Kiev, and quite a nice
street at that.
This is a short video (AVI, about 5MB) of some pilgrims or something in Krechatnik street... You can click on it to see the movie, or right-click

We went to the Bessarabska indoor market, which was quite nice... markets are always nice.
In Kiev's independence square, there is a nice tall statue of mother-earth (reminds me of the one in Budapest).
I love these statues...
One of the things my father always like to do (And I like it too) is try out all the transportation options. Kiev has buses,
a metro, a tram, boats - and we used them all...
