Our trip to Ireland

Shay

From Doolin we drove to see my friend Shay. He's a good friend, living in Ireland near a place called loughrea, and making good music. He has a really cool recording studio, and if you're in ireland and want to record some music, check him out. Sadly I do not have a picture of Shay here. Anyway, we went to a stroll in a nice forest just beside his house (lucky him). It's called Kylebrack wood, on road R351 (but we simply call it Shay's wood).
The lake at Louchrea. It was a windy day, so it looked really cool.
Shay's forest!
Nice little place.
Shay is really lucky, he says that he strolls here quite often when he wants to wind down from the rat-race at Louchrea.

Skerrigs

From Shay we drove back to Dublin. We crossed ireland pretty quickly, stopping over the night in Edgeworthtown (and eating in a surprisingly good chinese restaurant. That's one spicy hot-&-sour soup Michal will never forget...). From there, we went to the Skerries - a nice little village to the north of Dublin.
Ardgillan castle grounds. It was a really nice castle, well worth the little trip.
Ardgillan castle - a cool plant.
Nice little house in the Skerries.

Back home through Prague

The next day we hopped on a plane in Dublin, and landed in Prague a few hours later. We spent around 5 hours there. A nice city, even though we both didn't really feel like traveling in a city after the open country in Ireland.
One of the town-squares in Prague.
View of Prague up from a park. We spent most of the time in Prague in that nice park, getting lost. Then we went back to the city, had a good dinner and a cheap beer, and went back home...

That's it. I hope you enjoyed this small travelogue. If you want, check out my travel page for more exciting trips...
