Sataf
The Sataf is a nice park, near Jerusalem. There are a few trails in there, and I think it's one of the most beautiful hikes we've done in Israel.
Inside the park there's a place where they grow some trees in old-fashioned way (without any machinery or use of pesticides.) which was interesting.
And finally, here's a 3D puzzle (yeah, it was my major accomplishment during 2008):
