Carmel forest
One of my favorite short hikes we did this year is the Carmel Forest walk, just Michal and me. We did a few hours walk around the "Lake parking"
area, climbing a couple of hills (cannot remember the name of those). It's a beautiful place!
Here are some lovely things you can find on the way - Trees, flowers, plants and girls.
After a while you go down from the mountains in a nice little valley.
And finally you reach the lake (It's an artificial one, but still rather nice) where the tour ends. We actually had to go a little further because
we had just one car - we had to go all the way to the beginning point...
Mitzpe Ramon
My father's company (Mertens-Hoffman) took its workers on a small weekend vacation to Mizpe Rimon. My sister works there
too, so we (Michal and I, who else?) joined them. I like the south of israel - warm and, er, full of sand.
We went to the crater (The Ramon Crater), and did a small Jeep tour around.
