Bonding in Budapest

Pesting

The 2nd day we spent in Pest, strolling around. The old synagogue is something special - it looks just like a church, from some Turkish or Russian town. It's so big, and they even play in an organ. It is actually the world's second largest and Europe's largest synagogue, with seating for 3000... Man, that is one strange synagogue.
First stop - the synagogue.
This synagogue is one of the more bizarre places. Weird.
Jewish Heroes' Mausoleum - A silver-tree, in memory of Hungarian holocaust victims. It is very beautiful.
Jewish Heroes' Mausoleum, it deserves 2 pictures.
No, this is not a cave-drawing, that's my dad playing with his old T610. Some englishmen wanted to take this to the British Museum, but my dad doesn't want to give it up.
Some side street, we stopped here to rest.
My dad's drinking coffee and talking to Mom...
While I'm talking to Michal on my P800.
The city is filled with some really nice statues, here's one of them.
The opera house.
From the hotel's room, we saw a nice procession (something to do with the EU, I wasn't sure)
Another photo from the procession
